The outside area Is private and large enough to accommodate 8 alfresco.
Staines and Egham are walking distance away and there are a few well kept parks for kids with cctv. Parking for 2 cars directly on the road outside. A small car can fit on the driveway adjacent to the bay window and another medium sized space on the road in-front of the house.
There is also a gravel carpark for vans and larger cars just a 30 second walk down an illuminated allay-way opposite the house.
This flat has been my home for 15 years. It has just had a full refurb, including high spec kitchen and bathroom. All the fixtures and fittings are quality. There is a huge hallway leading into the open plan living area giving a very spacious feel. Both bedrooms are a good size and light floods in from huge windows throughout. There are 2 showers and a jucuzzi bath, The flat is 2nd floor giving you maximum privacy yet open to the surrounding forests offering a secluded & tranquil location.
The house is located in front of another property which has a drive way that runs beside the left hand side of the house. Strictly no access to this area,
Hot hub is only useable during summer period. April to Oct.
Recycling and Refuse – There are three bins which are labelled. Due to the local authority collection service, it is crucial that you dispose of you recycling and waste correctly. If the bins are inspected and found to contain contaminates you will be requested to pay for a professional company to come and collect the waste.
